She was lovely, very clear about what she would be doing and made me feel very comfortable. Although I did ask for more pressure a few times and did not feel any benefit from the massage . I was also scratched quite abit as she had acrylics on so I didn’t really have the best experience but was too shy to say.

A note that I had the Destress massage not shoulder neck and back. It was brilliant though. The whole thing was so good and I felt so relaxed after. Towards the end, therapist focused on an area of tension for me which was great
