I recently visited a spa for a thermal experience, and it was absolutely amazing. The warm, mineral-rich waters were incredibly soothing, instantly relieving tension. The ambiance was peaceful, with soft lighting and calming music, perfect for unwinding. The staff were attentive and professional, ensuring a relaxing visit. Overall, I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Could’ve been better, basic massage overly priced. Would be better to inform customers before hand that there is no access to the spa facilities in the treatment and that any other treatment was to be added on. The therapist was friendly but overall therapy felt rushed.

My spa experience was great from start to finish. I've been many times before - it's convenient, good price point and pleasant for me. I was welcomed at reception and made to feel so welcomed. This also continued through the 2 hours I was there, regularly checked up on and asked if I needed anything.
I managed to get a 1/2 hour massage as there was a cancellation - it's always worth asking. My therapist used just the right pressure. A great way to end my visit.

Massage started at 13:35 and ended at 14:10 so not a full 45 minutes, the therapist did not ask me about pressure so it was a light touch throughout. Did not feel like I had a massage at all. Thoroughly disappointed and felt like a waste of money and time.
