Have been here a few times for massage treatments (haven't used the spa). Overall good value for the area, pressure was as requested. Facilities are nothing fancy but good enough although can be a little noisy being in close proximity to the swimming pool. Good availability both times I managed to bag a next day appointment. Friendly staff including Dennis on security. Would visit again.

I’m a regular here so know the experience is always lovely but was disappointed the shower in the thermal experience was out of order and heating not working in the changing area so freezing! Otherwise very relaxing
