Quite disappointing today - I've been many times before and this time the whirlpool bath wasn't working at the start because (get this) someone forgot to switch it on! Also the foot spa has been removed - this is not part of the facilities.

Lovely spa for the price. Particularly enjoyed the sauna and the relaxation rooms. Changing room and showers were not very clean.
