Laura was superb, excellent treatment, highly professional and obviously passionate about her work and delivering outstanding client care. Reception average, sadly not trained to Laura's standard in client care. Off hand and pretty disinterested.

Lovely place nice and clean and lovely staff. Wasn't the best eyebrow wax and tint I've had. Wasn't left on long enough and eyebrows were still a bit rough. Staff were lovely though.
