Despite pre booking and paying for this treatment, the salon had no record of it whatsoever. I had received confirmation emails from Wahanda and had emailed the salon direct. The treatment had to be rescheduled as the salon was closing early on the day of the booking.

My appointment was 6-7pm. Someone called to change it to 5-6pm. Arrived at 5 only to be told that the salon was closing at 5.30pm. Had driven for 45 minutes to get there. Had to reschedule and the tan was booked for New Years Eve. Not very happy!
