Lovely spa that's easily accessible by bus or tube. Professional and friendly reception staff, nice sauna and steam rooms, plus a relaxation room that had delicious tea. I braved the ice bucket a few times too! I had a wonderful de-stress massage from Aline who even managed to deal with the tension in my neck. I definitely hope to return!
We do really enjoy this spa and this time I had a great massage. I’ve also had a facial previously and this was also really good!
The facilities are decent and to be honest, given there’s not many thermal spas in London, this is well priced given it’s popular. We’ve found the staff always really friendly and helpful too.
I the only thing that has been a frequent issue is people are noisy. There’s been quite a few occasions when customers in the spa are literally shouting or people are in the relaxation lounge chatting and playing their phones on loud. This time 2 men actually started fully arguing in the sauna so people started to leave.
Just bear in mind it depends who’s there when you go! Might be useful if the staff could maybe brief people when they come in!
