Friendly staff, amazing massage by Natalia and nice spa facilities overall. The main dampener was the changing rooms which we found to be pretty grim and a dampener on an overall really nice experience. Think they are in real need of some TLC, updating and further cleaning. It would also be good to have a mention in the booking confirmation to bring a padlock for the lockers.
