The SPA facilities experience was not the best, the jacuzzi and the bubble foot massage were out of order, I was disappointed as no alternative solution or discount were offered for the disservice.
I was only ablole to try the Steam Room and the Sauna, and I used the cold bucket and the ice scrubs.
The SPA offer also a relaxation room with nice loungers and tea available to enjoy the relax in a quite and welcoming space.
The shower facilities are shared with the leisure centre and are quite old

Went for a two hr spa which was good; however, both the foot bath was not working. Full price paid but not all facilities working.
The hydro shower got really hot and I had trouble trying to turn it off with the mega hot water firing

The sauna and the steam room was very good, the hot tab was out of order.
