General Cleanliness of the venue is an issue which needs to be addressed. Particularly in the changing areas, the female changing area wasn’t great but my husband said the male was in a state, with a door hanging off and not very clean.
I have insisted 2 other better gym spas and had great experiences in every aspect, this was not the case here. From the moment we entered the place, the greeting we received from the manager on duty was cold and unfriendly and this continued.

The girl who did my treatments was absolutely lovely, however the actual treatments didn’t really live up to expectation. I had a black soap scrub, body and head massage. The black soap experience was uncomfortable, it’s done in a small room inside the main spa area on a rock hard slab which is a struggle to get onto and painful to lie on. There is lots of noise and it’s not a great atmosphere. Body massage was lovely but the head massage was just a glorified face massage.

Great treatment and atmospheric venue. The therapist explained everything along the way. Despite the fact they had to move my original appointment they communicated clearly and professionally I will be back for sure.
