I had a black soap scrub, body and head massage. The black soap experience was uncomfortable, it’s done in a small room inside the main spa area on a rock hard slab which is a struggle to get onto and painful to lie on. There is lots of noise and it’s not a great atmosphere. Body massage was lovely but the head massage was just a glorified face massage.

Great treatment and atmospheric venue. The therapist explained everything along the way. Despite the fact they had to move my original appointment they communicated clearly and professionally I will be back for sure.
