There were building works going on in the facilities so it wasn't as restful as I'd like. Otherwise ( without that- and I recommend you check) it was cute and easy and relaxing.
Steam and Sauna Therapy
The place is really lovely but I felt far from refreshed when I was finished with my message & i am still bruised & can hardly touch my back. I actually wanted to stop it half way through. I asked for it to be a firm massage but must of told the therapist 4 time sit was too hard but she didn't ease up and carried on & definitely didn't read my body language. I loved going there for massages but may have to think about what therapist I use in future - felt like asking for my money back.

Fantastic spa experience, my partner and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Will definitely be going again
