The heating was broken in the changing rooms. No prior warning given it was so cold that it would have been unbearable with wet hair to try and shower and get ready. I used the alternative changing rooms for the swimmers but it was just inconvenient to have to walk about in a gown with others around everywhere. The staff all left and locked the spa door so had to leave everything on door step. The leisure centre had shut down it was really strange!

Was warmly welcomed at reception and treatments were pretty good. Only minor thing is that after the massage, my hair was really oily so asked to borrow a towel to wash my hair in the leisure centre's showers. No issues with borrowing the towel from the spa or the showers in the leisure centre. Would have been nice if I could use the spa's showers / be given some shampoo as the leisure centre only had an all in one shower gel/shampoo available in the showers. Hair dryer& straightners on site.
