Well jacuzzi not great hardly worked hot told had to wait 5 mins till bubbles appeared then wasn't even Luke warm..staff good though polite friendly steam room not very warm not like it ought to be!

I booked this quite spontaneously and it was really lovely, venue is unassuming tucked into the leisure centre and it seems so peaceful, although I just had a treatment and didn’t explore the whole spa. Katie was very warm and kind, making sure things were just right for me. The massage was very relaxing!

It was ok, but i was expecting more for my buck, the therapist was kind and thoughtful overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It was not the facial I was expecting.
