Was warmly welcomed at reception and treatments were pretty good. Only minor thing is that after the massage, my hair was really oily so asked to borrow a towel to wash my hair in the leisure centre's showers. No issues with borrowing the towel from the spa or the showers in the leisure centre. Would have been nice if I could use the spa's showers / be given some shampoo as the leisure centre only had an all in one shower gel/shampoo available in the showers. Hair dryer& straightners on site.

I had a great time at the Spa Experience. My only improvement would be to add loo and showering facilities into the spa itself, instead of leaving the zen spa, walking down the corridor and showering in the pool facilities

Jaccuzi not great cos the bubbles keep going cos every five mins or so you have to press the buttons on the side bloody pain! I tried the tea would recommend! Staff very helpful i double booked on but couldn't get a refund wasn't happy cos I couldn't email in the time cos I didn't see the message my phone was in my locker so I had to rebook for new year of lose my hard earned money not good 😐 jot impressed with treatwell surley a refund shoulda been given!
