Staff at reception was great and very welcoming. I went on a Saturday morning and it was nicely quiet. The spa room is quite small but has everything we needed.
The only thing I found a bit odd was when the cleaner moped the floor with water he took with a bucket directly from the jacuzzi itself while I was in it.
