Body Exfoliation Treatments
I was so disappointed today. Even through I booked with a specific therapist, I got someone else because the one I booked with was “fully booked”. I booked with the specific therapist for a reason- she is the only one at the spa that I have been satisfied with. The whole time today I kept thinking how the massage wasn’t as good because it wasn’t with the therapist I booked. I was tense and frustrated the whole time because I had been looking forward to this for a while and didn’t receive the level of service I specifically booked and paid for.

Nataliya was really lovely and did an excellent job, while keeping relax the whole time.
Hollywood Waxing
It was great, they don’t have a toilette on the site, so you have to leave the spa and go in the toilet for the leisure centre. Reception team very friendly and therapist Natalia was great, very through and good on the details.
