Reception team very friendly and therapist Natalia was great, very through and good on the details.

Amazing facial - venue is really relaxing and staff are great. Would recommend to anyone.
Classic Facials
A little bit disappointing. Jacuzzi didn’t work properly, relaxation room wasn’t very relaxing (it’s located between reception and SPA), as people were constantly passing by. Nobody seemed to care about replenishing water jars. Spa Experience at Kensington Leisure Centre is much better. And it’s also cheaper.
Steam and Sauna Therapy
Lovely calming setting. Enjoyed the Hot Stones whih are both warm and firm but not at all painful. Very competent therapist.
