Important note: not under any circumstances can you be late or reschedule if it is past 24 hours mark. The spa is very very strict and will cut your treatment short. Even if you had an emergency that causes you to be late or miss the appointment.
Therapists were amazing! Facilities and rooms were amazing! Products were amazing! Reception is cold, uninterested and will not help you rebook your appointment under any circumstances if you are late or cannot make it for any reason at all.

It was lovely. Very relaxing and exactly what I needed after a term of teaching teenagers! The staff were very friendly and the masseuse was even early for my massage. Really lovely - would definitely go back.
Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the spa facilities as I only got a massage!
