Prebooked as a Christmas present for myself and a friend. Arrived to be told sauna was not open due to refurbishment! Reception area changing rooms and private massage area are very clean and inviting however the steam room smelt like stale water and the hot room was luke warm and needed a very good clean! Wave stone massage by therapist who was also the receptionist was amazing.. Would not recommend this place

It was lovely and quiet. A 3h slot is more than enough as there’s no hot tub or pool access. Loved the cold plunge especially, the good quality hair dryer in the changing room and the service from the front desk staff. We were provided with towels, bathrobes and slides. Very recommended considering the price. Thank you!
