Lovely experience, staff were nice, great ambiance. Enjoyed a facial and body scrub. Worth the money for the treatments. Would definitely recommend!
I never got to have my pedicure because the spa told me one and a half hours before my appointment that they actually couldn't do it then and gave me another appointment for another day without phoning to check this was ok. When I phoned to check why this had happened I got no apology and no reason why they couldn't keep the original appointment. I could not make the rearranged appointment and I do not plan to go there because of my experience.

A great relaxing 3 hour visit mid week so not too busy. Didn't try any treatments but enjoyed the steam and sauna. Staff and other visitors very friendly so overall a very pleasant visit. Price is a bit steep but when using a wahanda discount code, it makes it more affordable. Shame there isn't a hob tub!!
A lovely gift for my friend that needed a relaxing spa session. The only slight disappointment was the end. We were abruptly told to leave at the end of the evening and 5 minutes later the changing room lights were turned fully off, leaving my friend feeling claustrophobic. Embarrassing and unnecessary!

Really disappointed with the service here. I am a busy clinician and unfortunately my clinic overran far beyond usual. I rang an hour before, as soon as I realised, to see if I could push my appointment back/reschedule. Please also note that there are no cancellation comments on the confirmation emails sent. I was simply told there was nothing could be done. Fully appreciate not their fault but I feel an attempt to reschedule, or some assistance would be helpful +\- clear cancellation guidelines. I have seen people running late be slotted in at other establishments, and as somewhere that considers themselves high end, and are more expensive than others in the local area, I would expect better.
