Booking was cancelled by the venue on the day at the last minute. Rebooking also wasn't easy as they said the slots I can come are not available even though these slots are showing available on Treatwell. If their availability is not reflective on Treatwell, this kills the purpose of using app like this for instant confirmation AND INSTANT CHARGING. I have requested the refund but not yet confirmed whether I'll get it back. Extremely annoying as I have rearranged family diaries for this. FYI this is not one-off unlucky case as venue told me they are not showing the true availability. See the copy of the message from the venue. "Unfortunately not all our therapists are beautician and trained in gel nails application and removal. The treat well calendar is only showing availability for all treatments we offered in general and does not show treatments that we can’t offer on the day"

Very relaxing - but bear in mind it doesn’t include spa access, you have to pay for that separately
