The location was great. I was amazed at how much there was. A freezing plunge pool which was invigorating, A hot and cold power shower, A cold bucket shower, 2 different sauna rooms with different temperatures, 3 heated rooms leading from the coolest to the hottest, sauna, relaxation area with beds and tables and chairs with 3 containers of water with plain water, water with cucumber and water with lemon. It's a shame that there were 4 groups of people who were having a full blown, in depth conversation at normal speaking volume and their voices echoed thru the chambers. Everyone else had the courtesy of speaking low to the people they were with. I would go again, possibly during the day mid-week so it's not crowded.
Very easy to find and very close to Bethnal Green tube station. The place looks ok but not immaculate: the floor was wetin the changing rooms (puddles like in a swimming pool), the tap i used to wash my hands was broken and the receptionist was polite but not smiley. The therapist I had however was lovely and professional and the treatment was - as far as i can tell - well executed (it was the first time i had it). I have been to more luxurious spas before so I can tell the difference in terms of client management and facilities but overall, the place is nice and for the price, it is worth it! I would recommend the place.
Lovely spa surroundings, very peaceful and relaxed. Treatment itself was great, not relaxing because it's basically like a work out - with the therapist working on your muscles - it's actually pretty painful although you do then have a wrap and that part is pretty relaxing as you are cocooned and I drifted off to sleep! I was told afterwards that having one of these wasn't going to make any difference - you need to have at least six! Therapist was friendly enough. I would recommend as a spa facility - mainly because of the surroundings, you can also then book in to use the spa itself - so make a day of it :)
The customer service on entry wasn't fantastic and I did have to wait a while to be seen. That said, they were having staffing issues (I think someone was off sick), so I suppose it was understandable. The therapist was very friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. I didn't feel the manicure was done as well as I would have hoped (though, I am something of a perfectionist), but no issues with the pedicure . So my rating above ifs a 3 for the gel nails mani and 4 for the gel nails pedi. All in all, not bad for the price at all. Not the height of luxury/pampering, but they definitelyget the job done in a pleasant enough enviorment - would use again (if still half price).

Excellent facilities, clean, professional, friendly, every single last detail has been thought of. Use of the Spa is really good value for money the treatments are not that great in terms of value compared to other places but still good with a great range of treatment types. My first visit was 6 weeks ago and I have had 2 treatments each week since my initial visit. You would never think you are literally situated in the middle of Bethnal Green! I have my own business and find that as soon as I enter the spa I am completely relaxed, does what it says on the tin! Fantastic local inner city spa!
