I have been to this spa several times. I absolutely adore it. The facilities are exactly as it says on the tin. It is never too crowded, even at peak times. The wide range of different heat and thermal spaces makes it a well rounded experience. I can't begin to describe the feelings of deep relaxation that result. I only want to go more often. I love it!

A great way to spend a Friday evening! Used the steam room, sauna, and hot rooms as well as a brief dip in the plunge pool. Had an amazing treatment called ‘Head in the Clouds’ which really relaxed my head neck and shoulders. I’m usually a light sleeper, but slept like a baby for 10 hours after! Awesome.

What can I say? It was truly the best money I’ve spent in ages! I had such a lush experience and have booked to go back next week. I can’t believe I forgot about this Jem of a place. Take care of yourself and go.. you won’t regret this treat.
