The Spa was overall very relaxing. I enjoyed the steam room and most especially the relaxation lounge with its fruits and infused drinks. I was expecting they had a hydrotherapy pool but maybe not offered in Bethnal green. Overall positive experience!

The massage was good and the steam room was very relaxing, but the plunge pool could’ve been cleaner and the floor was very wet. Overall nice experience.
