Appointment had been rescheduled by spa and not communicated to me via treatwell. This resulted in waiting for an hour for nails and then not having time for my Pedicure. The staff were apologetic and helpful but this is a failure of the app function as a booking service. I expect my pedicure to be rescheduled

It’s my little London gem. A bit rough around the edges but you’ll have an amazing 3 hours here and it really is a place to relax amongst the busy east London life.
