So unexpected to find this spa tucked away behind the leisure centre reception! Therapist was great explaining everything she was going to do then step by step, reception staff not super clear about what to do considering it was my first visit. Didn't use the whole spa so can't comment on those facilities but the shower to rinse off the salt from the scrub wasn't hot. Will definitely visit again for a hot stone massage though.

Good experience body was a little rough and facial not aa through as I would have liked but it was good. Would suggest turning down the music a bit nice therapist

My visist was a great, from the outside was abit scared but inside was great. The treatments were good especially the massage. The facil was abit average if being honest. The facilities were great too, the only thing missing was a warm pool or gerusre.
Really relaxing Elemis facial! Therapist was knowledgeable and picked our specific products for my skin which felt and looked amazing after.
