The place is very dirty and worn out. The locks of hair float in the plunge pool, fabric on the loungers is mouldy and torn and there’s a general stench of mildew in the air. Even for their low prices, I wouldn’t recommend it.
For the price you can’t really fault it - some questionable bits in terms of the decor looking quite worn and tattered but that can’t really be helped. Some parts closed - which was a shame .
Such a relaxing experience - the treatment room is a space of tranquility. The anti-aging facial was lovely.

I loved my Spa session at York Hall. The Elemis facial was also great. The therapist was professional and talked me through the products she used on me. I loved how the facial was tailored to my sensitive skin type. I would definitely do it all again.
