Good for value but was kept waiting and the massage took 5 minutes

I really wish there was a jacuzzi, but apart from that, the spa facilities were amazing. The treatment was painful, but it had a good outcome.
A fabulous spa. Better than much more expensive ones in many ways. The treatment was excellent, as were the facilities. The only issue was that we were there from 11am to 2pm and there didn't appear to be anywhere to eat. That's a small gripe though, as free water, tea and fruit was on offer. I would go back and thoroughly recommend it.
It wasn't my first experience at York Hall. I always enjoy it and a place I go time after time. On the whole a good place to relax with friends or by your self
