Was decent value for money considering the location, but I wasn't blown away..
I do not recommend Ironmonger Row Baths at all. It is part of a leisure centre/ gym. The spa facilities include few options of sauna/ steam room but no jacuzzi, no pool, literally just saunas and a 'relaxing room' which is a seating silent area with water and tea. Before booking we contact the place and we were told the swimming pool was included. Not only the swimming pool is part of the gym (not the spa), we also had to pay £5 extra to use it. This was not a real Spa Experience clearly! Pricey and not worth it!
Unfortunately I made the mistake of booking wax treatment with my beauty treatment which meant I could not enjoy the spa😖 I booked the Total Spa Experience which included; full body exfoliation with sea salt (which in hindsight was a bad idea to eczema flare up). At first my skin felt good silky soft but after showering my skin felt gritty .Hot stones was lovely but only 10 mins. The best bit was head message surprisingly. I fell asleep and heard myself snoring! The beautician? I had was lovely and did a good job but overall experience was disappointing😞
Lovely staff member Nicole. Everything was clean and nicely designed. Got a bit lost on the way out! Would life to try other treatments here
