I liked the whole place - not too fussy but had everything to relax and unwind. Nice pool (which I didn't realise we could use till I got there - should advertise this) Massage was really good. I had Emma - felt much better after - very stressed out neck and back!
the start was bit rushed, just got there and asked to lye on the bed. A lovely lady who game me the massage, but the things that could be better is the therapist seemed unaware that pregnant women are much more delicate than a non pregnant women, and what i mean by that it's the massage was bit too strong and I was pressing my belly with the movements that for an instance it didn't allow me to enjoy rather worry about squeezing my baby. I wasn't advised either to tight my hair, I ended up with a ridiculous amount of butter in my hair full of butter.
Great location and nice venue - however, they hadnt actually booked my appointment in despite me organising 10 days in advance!! Also, gel nails peeling off after 6 days - very disappointing.
It's a great place for spa but not mani-pedi as they do not have proper seats for them. They used Essie products which was nice. My pedicure was done whilst sitting on a massage bed. Although the masseuse adjusted the bed I was still in quite an awkward position. Time 1hr 15min was a bit misleading as well. I was done under an hour and was lead to the reception area to wait for my nail polish to dry up. No follow up to make sure its totally dry and good to go.
