I was thoroughly impressed with my visit here and will be making a return booking, it is clean, convenient for my office and the lady I had as my beauty therapist was so kind and made me feel at ease.
My experience at Spa London was great. I was running 10-15 minutes late for my full body massage but called in to let them know. Upon arrival, I was told by the receptionist that my treatment would be cut down by my therapist as she was back to back, I was also made to fill out a health questionnaire which meant I was even later. I have had massages before but my therapist Zen or Zan really listened to my needs and worked on my back, as it was my birthday she gave me some fruit and green tea which was nice. The best part in all of this is my massage wasn't cut down because she took it out of her lunch - I had to tip her Great customer service! 5 stars
The massage was great, no problems at all, but the room was really cold! it was quite distracting — I was shivering.
Also, I asked if I could sit in the relaxation room after my massage to finish my book, but they were adamant that you had to pay for the full spa experience [£25 extra] to use that room. I kept saying I didn't want to use the steam rooms or saunas etc, just to sit and read after my massage, but they were insistent. I felt that they could have been a little more lenient after spending quite a bit of money on a massage...
Everything was fine except they didn't ask what size pool shoes I needed and just gave me a pair that didn't fit.
