Staff were friendly, the overall experience was great and I will be going there again.It was very calming and extremley clean.
GREAT FAKE BAKE TAN WHICH ADAPTS TO YOUR OWN SKIN PIGMENT. WAS VERY EVEN AND HAS LASTED 5 DAYS ALREADY WITHOUT ANY PATCHINESS AT ALL. LOVELY STAFF AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. RECOMMENDED.
The word to describe this experience was 'ok'. The towels were damp and the massage was not brilliant but there wasn't too much to complain about - decidedly average.
Very efficient and relaxing. Good value for money. I didn't use the spa but would definitely go back to try it.
The whole experience was a little below par - from trying to get confirmations of bookings from the receptionists (it never came, despite numerous phonecalls) to the spa room itself, which was a squat little room just off the main door and with nowhere to keep your clothes. Everything in the room was damp, including all the towels on the bed. I enjoyed the massage itself, although it was shorter than the allocated time which was annoying.
