lovely luxurious spa just exactly as one would envisage! Perfect in most respects - beautiful scents - tingly clean sauna and spa!
Really great massage - lovely venue. And great value for money. I would recommend. Also do the thermal spa day. It is really relaxing.
this establishment is completely ruined by the rude and condescending staff. You would not mind if they provided a first class service but they don't it is mediocre at best. Spend your money else where.

I would advise anyone who books this venue through WAHANDA to call Spa London to confirm their appointment, as Spa London had no record of my appointment! Thankfully the staff at Spa London were great and sorted this matter out. Thank you.
I visited few days ago with my wife and was a terrible experience overall. We booked the spa and a 50 min massage for each of us for £180.
The therapists were 20 min late, until I went to ask and they told me that they forgot about us!! They didn't even apologise!! The massage was nothing special really and the therapists, the least to say, were rude.
Five minutes before they close, and while we were drying our hair, a receptionist came to tell us to leave in a very rude way. After we complained for all these the receptionist told us that the manager will call us the following days to address this - no one call at all.
We were planning to have finished by 5:30, since our dinner was at 6:15, and due to the delay we even missed our reservation and we had to look for a restaurant on a Saturday night...
Extremely terrible experience!!!
