Booked the Double Delight experience for me and my mother. Good value for money, as we had 5-6 hours in the spa, including treatments. Unfortunately, a sauna was broken, but otherwise facilities were fine. The massage and facial were both very nice, although felt a bit... perfunctory, I guess. As though the therapists were overall a bit overworked and tired, and therefore a bit brash with communication. But, their actual skills were good.
The Rassul treatment was a non-event. We were quickly told how to do it, but when we forgot part of the process and went looking for staff, we couldn't find any, so we had to guess as to when to take off creams, and put the next ones on. We just kinda took a guess at when it was all done, as we got a bit bored. So, not worth booking on its own.
Overall, a good experience, for the price. Thanks!
Location on google maps is not accurate. My booking, through Wahanda, was nowhere to be found. But they let me in because I had a receipt. Sauna and steam rooms are great. Wish there was a warm pool or a hot tub. Wish the cleaning staff didnt clean up when the spa is open. Wish there wasnt so much talking. Still, winter is long and saunas are good.
i come to these baths about 1-2x a month and always have a great experience. they do well at limiting the amount of people who are allowed at one time so it does not get too crowded.
On arrival the gowns we were given were falling apart with many holes in them- they need to invest in some new ones! The sauna/steam rooms were good but apart from a ice cold plunge pool there were no other pools or jacuzzis so not sure £25 for 3 hrs is really worth it as we were done in an hour. The staff seemed very pleasant though and it has a relaxing room with water and tea.
The venue was clean and the staff were pleasant. The sauna and steam rooms were good. The changing room is very small and there are only 2 toilets which are both unisex.
