Obviously, at that price, this isn't a luxury spa, but the facilities and the design of the place are of great quality, clearly well taken care of, clean and comfortable. I came out of the three hours feeling wonderful! I also had a hot stone massage that was divine. On a side note, I thought the relaxation room was out of tea until I realised I was pressing the wrong button on the machine...
You can't really complain too much at this price, which is why the rating is higher than I'd give for a more expensive spa experience, but the steam rooms weren't hot enough, the quirky little rainfall shower only worked on one setting - mist - which was nice, but would have been great if they all worked, and one of the benches in the sauna was broken. It was signed, but still not great. The changing room/shower situation is pretty awkward too, but for £16 for 3 hours, can't complain!
Excellent budget spa experience.Went on a female only weekday session and it was quiet and very relaxing.Loved the beds and cosy blankets in the relaxation room.Did not have treatments this time but for an affordable few hours of relaxation with a friend it was perfect.
A lovely massage! really concentrated on my shoulders and helped relieve tension and destress me! will definitely be booking in monthly sessions with rebecca.
