Another afternoon well spent at the spa..the massage treatment was good but needed more pressure in some areas..to get the stress removed from the body..however we will be back..

Massage was just what I needed, it was customised to me and I felt much less tensed during and after. Michael was very professional and I will definitely be going back again. The only negative point was the appointment started 10 minutes late.

the venue is fine and it has the basics of a spa. What I would suggest to the member staff is to keep the place cleaner.

I think this place is great value for money, especially the early morning deal however it would be great if the plunge pool was cleaned more regularly as there is always stuff floating in it and the changing rooms and all spa areas could do with smelling a little nicer, the two steam rooms smell great though. I'll give the staff their due, I did tell them about the pool and they looked like they were going to do something about it. It is a great find in London.

I like the spark- dark, good saunas and steam rooms. The plunge pool was a bit dirty and the hammam treatment room was a bit chilly to my taste.
