I went with two female friends at an off-peak time and we loved the experience, it was clean, spacious and a positive atmosphere. We had a really relaxing time. The only difficulty was that the changing room was very small and it meant that a lot of us left as others arrived for the next session and it was very crowded. I would suggest a staggered booking or entry and exit system.
This venue is beautiful and has great facilities. You have everything you could require from a spa. Only thing I would say was the eucalyptus steam room didn't get very hot or steamy and it would be good if there was an option for the session to start a little later in the day. Also, as much as this should be standard etiquette in a spa, I had to ask people to whisper if they were going to talk as there were a couple big groups having really loud chats, not the spas fault but more signs maybe?
