I got this sauna experience as a birthday gift for my friend.The euchaliptus sauna was cold and not functional I don't know why.There was basically only the orange sauna and the dry one. The lounge had some warm weak tea and the blanchets that you would cover yourself they had a funny smell.The glasses that you supose to use for your water looked horrendous. The overall experience was disappointing unfortunately.The staff is welcoming though and we received dressing gowns and towels which is a plus
Treatments were lovely and so were our masseuses - no complaints there. But a few grumbles: no tea in the flasks the whole time we were there, and used glasses and cups piled up (short-staffed?), showers weren't great and made horrible groaning noise, door to hot rooms slammed really loudly, a bit too cold in the lounge area - small things which could easily be improved to make this more relaxing and a five star experience.
