This is the perfect place to relax and take a break from the hustle of life in busy London. I love the different essential oil scents to choose from in the steam rooms and a nice frozen water plunge after the heat is the best. The changing rooms are a bit small and the relaxing room could offer more variety than apples but all in all I do recommend.

Shocking. The lady who was doing my treatment was rubbing rough scrub onto my dry skin and scratched my legs! I emailed the spa but never heard back. The treatment was careless, clumsy and unprofessional. Never again!

Fairly no frills. we were there on a Saturday so it was quite busy and had to wait to get a bed in the relaxation room but generally most of the time there was space in the sauna and steam room etc
