Poor hygiene. We saw 2 cockroaches; there was black mould in the orange steam room; the plunge pool was dirty.

Was not as advertised - booked an Essie pedicure but no essie polishes offered and a very limited choice of colours overall ~20. Very light foot scrub but no filing or work to remove dead/dry skin. Also was undertaken on a massage bed so had to lie/sit up awkwardly to angle feet into a plastic bowl for the treatment. Would be a much better place for a massage but not a mani/pedi. Was also 50 mins not an hour.

Not very relaxing. Nobody takes any notice of the spa etiquette, so people are chatting loudly in all areas of the spa. The spa is a bit run down and could do with some investments in places (shower and toilets). Changing room is tiny and so busy all the time. Difficult to get changed.

Booked two treatment one was good and the other less so, the treatment room seem to have random music played, sometimes relaxing sometime less so and sometimes no music at all, what can be heard clearly all times was noise from outside, particularly hairdryers from the changing rooms or people there talking, which wasn’t very relaxing...

The day I went was quite empty/quiet so that was a plus for me. A selection of herbal teas and flavoured water. I absolutely love the lounge chairs outside the relaxation room. Steam rooms were a great one was more fragrant than the other. The black soap treatment was really awesome, I completely enjoyed the rose water at the end and my therapist was great. I was really looking forward the Ayurvedic massage, but was greatly disappointed. When the therapist asked if I was allergic to coconut oil, I was a little taken a back as I was expecting my senses to be immersed in a gorgeous scent, but nah, not a scent in the air. Other than that the actual massage was okay but not what I expected.
