Great experience. It's a few hours of calm and peace in busy lives, it's so needed.
Only one toilet was working on my visit and no soap, that wasn't great.
After a week of the flu, this facial has brought my skin back to life. Much needed and appreciated, will definitely be back. Such great value.

The black soap scrub is a really relaxing experience. The spa was pleasant, 2saunas,2steam rooms, plunge pool &ice bucket, access to the pool. A really great experience
This place is exceptionally good value for money. We had some problems with construction work that was going on to the new sauna (very loud) but were given a free voucher for another trip and were impressed with how the staff handled it. Lemon steam room is wonderful!
Booked in for women’s only session, however two males came in the sauna. Not the first time this has happened. The receptionists are very unfriendly and speak to you like it’s an inconvenience in interrupting their chit chat. All and all. Only selling point is that it’s the only women’s only thermal spa in central. One of the steam rooms was hardly working.
