The venue and spa is clean, although I felt that the immersion pool could have been a little cleaner (that's not to say it wasn't).
The towels and bathrobes could do with an upgrade.
The relaxation room is nice with complementary water, tea and fruit.
It was a surprisingly good spa for a price - 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, tropical shower, and a plunge pool. If this spa had a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, I would call it excellent. Though the facility itself has a swimming pool, it is located on a different floor and is not part of spa zone. It has a regular sport swimming pool vibe to it with lanes and groups doing swimming.
The other drawback was a plunge pool that didn't have water for 2 out of 3 hours of our stay in the spa.
Very relaxing. However they should really invest in white, soft headbands to avoid hairs getting in masks and scrubs during facials. It's a simple solution and will make it a lot more professional.
Thank you so much spa experience for a fabulous day. I surprised my bestie for her birthday using the spa facilities and also a massage which she said as great. Thanks for the glass of procecco and mice pie was such a nice treat.
