Really good and I love the fact that the lady who does my waxing doesn’t talk much as I hate being talked to when I am receiving any kind of treatment.

This trip was for our 4 year anniversary so we arranged with the staff for our treatments to start together. We booked this venue because it is women-only on Mondays until 18:00. Upon arriving we were told that our treatments had been unlinked and would start 30mins apart. They said ‘there is nothing we can do about it’. My partner's treatment was then split in two halves to fit a random waxing session with another client in-between. We were not told in advance or given a choice. Out of line.

It was a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The facilities could have been a tad more clean but overall a great spa experience.
