I booked a treatment for my wife on her birthday, She was so happy with the services and the atmosphere was so friendly. The treatment was given by Nicola and she did really good job.

All very good, as usual. The staff are friendly, approachable & relaxed. It was a bit busier than I'd expected and some people were quite loud talking in groups in steam room, which wasn't very relaxing but later they went and it was quieter and managed to relax. The dressing gowns could do with having some sort of marker on them (like a number, maybe link it to the number on your wristband) so you can identify your own gown from pegs outside the steam rooms etc., for hygiene reasons.

Very enjoyable Sunday afternoon. The Turkish Hammam experience was excellent value for money. Nice facilities and not too crowded.
