Treatment itself was just ok. But the spa is terrible. The ambience is loud and heard the blow dryers from the change room all treatment. Alongside the buzzing from the electric exfoliators used there is no chance of being relaxed. Also kept finding chunks of facemask in my hair in the evening. Really overpriced for what it is. However the staff are lovely and friendly.
Good value for money, but need a bit of a spruce up, dust and a new set of towels etc.
Unfortunately the place was full of very chatty women who made every room insanely noisy and definitely not relaxing. The quiet area wasn’t quiet and for some reason the doors were kept open, which resulted in everyone being able to listen all sorts of noises and conversations, both from the spa and the changing rooms. Furthermore, the whole area wasn’t as clean as you would expect it to be, especially these days (!!!). I don’t think I’ll be back and it’s a shame as the price was good.
