Fran who provided the facial was excellent, took her time to explain the products she would be using and addressed any concerns. Great value for money and my skin left feeling refreshed and healthy.

Nice facility, but a lot needs tweaking. Appointment system running late, but no-one could be bothered to let me know. No water bucket or ladle provided in the sauna. Visitors walking through jacuzzi/steam/sauna with outside shoes, as no plastic overshoes provided. Litter bin overflowing in carpark.
