The spa was busy meaning the ambience wasn’t quite as relaxing. It would be nice if they had a pool on the same floor as the other spa facilities but there is one there (downstairs).
The showers were less than clean when we got round to using them but the spa had quietened down by then. The decor and feel of the spa is very nice and high end (once you’re past reception!)
Lovely spa - good customer service, nice facilities. My therapist was amazing - I cannot thank Lauren enough... she took the time to listen to what I wanted from the treatment and provided an exceptional service. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Lovely set up, the staff are all lovely, and great wax. Very attentive and thorough.
Visited for the first time today and had Hot Stone Massage. Staff were friendly and welcoming, treatments were reasonably priced. My therapist was excellent. I would highly recommend this spa and the hot stone massage treatment and will definitely be returning myself.
