I had such a relaxing time! I was greeted by friendly rrallt helpful staff who explained everything and made me feel at home. The facilities were excellent and spotless and the treatment felt and smelt amazing for the rest of the day. Thanks for much to the staff especially for a super day:)

Hot stone massages are the only thing that really gets to the root of the tightness in my shoulders - they leave me feeling supple and relaxed. The staff member who carries out my treatments has an excellent manner - the right balance of friendly and calm - and has worked with me over the last few weeks to sort out my shoulders! Hurrah!
