I’ve been to the spa many times, all of the staff are friendly and happy. I like the fact you can choose different treatments like head in the clouds or deep style etc. The deep tissue is good for problematic upper back pain which is a common problem or so I’m told.
All of the ladies are good and you never feel unawkward. Booking through this site Treatwell can pose a problem as there systems are linked up properly. They had to jiggle their appointments to fit me in after I booked using this site. A problem I never in-counted booking directly with the spa the 30+ times before.
It’s a shame as this is not the staffs fault and it’s only happened when booking through treatwell. The staff dealt with it efficiently as always.
If your looking for a little escape for some me time this is the place !
Excellent wax, would highly recommend. I called before hand to double check my appointment time. All staff were brilliant.
