Nice staff but no steam and the fan blew cold air instead of warm. Long walk to the spa and the spa entrance is around the side of the hotel.

The ambience would usually be fab and a 5 but I had treatment on moving in day which was fine and dandy and the staff were awesome, never had a bad experience here
