Prompt and personable service. Easy to find and accessible by train and car (if you're willing to pay parking). Thorough lash application just for infills and music to relax to during the treatment. Only drawback...a rather erratic lift to reach the top floor. Loyalty cards offered so I may well return even though I live on the coast as their brochure has a wide range of services to entice me back.

I got a spray tan and it didn't turn out I woke up all patchy and the colour wasn't great the therapist was lovely but I was disappointed in the colour of it I emailed them to tell them about the colour and that I was still pale when I woke up and they didn't respond I will no use this salon again for there poor customer service and the way the tan turned out ....

I had the Mural Facial and really enjoyed it. The therapist was very nice and the place was nice and welcoming. It was clean too. I will go back again.

This is not the first time I've been here for eyebrow waxing, but definitely the worst. The entire treatment took all of three minutes, which would have been fine if all had been good but the lighting was dim and I couldn't see exactly what had and hadn't been waxed. When I got home I had to pluck some extra stray hairs... not what I'd been looking to do!
